I have, today, upgraded the forum to keep it in line with current security releases and all seems to be running well. I should add that it took me an hour and a half to upload all the files and complete the upgrade which I do willingly for all our members to enjoy.

However, something has got me wondering exactly how many people visit this forum and take advantage of the free facility. I say this because I took it offline on Tuesday 19th January and left a message to contact me in the trivia room if the board was missed.

It is now Wednesday 27th January and Guess what? Only two people missed it which makes me very dispondent.

I know time is precious to us all and I also know we all have lives outside of the internet, but it doesnt actually take more than 5 minutes to visit here and to contribute to the community.

I am hoping, if anyone actually reads this message, that things will improve during the next month or so. If it does, then all my hard work will be worthwhile.

Thank you Swifty, I for one appreciate your efforts, I know what it is like working behind the scenes. Many an enjoyable hour is spent by me doing editing of questions etc. Hopefully, all will be ok one day, maybe in the next millenium lol

Time can't be managed, it always stay the same. You need to manage and lead yourself, and this doesn't require a big commitment of time
But personally..... I'm just a lazy typer!
